Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 13, Chapter 35, § 13-3506.01 prohibits sending sexually-explicit emails to minors
Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 8, Chapter 3, Article 1 (§ 8-309) makes it an offense for juveniles to send sexually-explicit images of a minor by means of an electronic communications device
Computer-Related Crime:
Violations of the Commercial Electronic Mail Law of 2003 constitute a class 2 misdemeanor under Arizona law (Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 44, Chapter 9, Article 16 (§ 44-1372.05))
Violations of the Internet Representations Law of 2005 constitute a class 5 felony under Arizona law (Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 44, Chapter 29, Article 1 (§ 44-7204)). This law prohibits "phishing" - the use of email to obtain personal and financial information under pretence that the sender is affiliated with a business (e.g. a bank).
